Amazfit Bip 6 Smartwatch Price in Kenya & Full Review The Amazfit Bip 6 price in Kenya is KSh 15,000 Original price was: KSh 15,000.KSh 13,000Current price is: KSh 13,000.. It is an affordable GPS smartwatch designed for everyday fitness, health monitoring and smart connectivity. It combines a large 1.97-inch AMOLED screen with built-in GPS, Bluetooth calling, 140+ sports modes, health monitoring and long battery life. Despite its entry-level positioning, the Bip 6 includes features normally associated with more expensive fitness watches, including Zepp Coach, offline map support, smart strength training, readiness insights and five-system satellite positioning. Its lightweight 27.9g body also makes it comfortable for extended daily wear. Large 1.97-inch AMOLED Display The Bip 6 features a 1.97-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a 390 × 450 resolution and 302 PPI. The display can reach up to 2,000 nits peak brightness, giving it strong outdoor visibility when running, cycling or simply checking notifications in bright conditions. The screen uses tempered glass with an anti-fingerprint coating. Its large rectangular layout provides plenty of space for workout statistics, notifications, watch faces and other information without making the watch excessively heavy. Lightweight Aluminium Design The Amazfit Bip 6 uses an aluminium alloy frame combined with a fibre-reinforced polymer case. It measures 46.3 × 40.2 × 10.45mm without the sensor base and weighs only 27.9g without the strap. This low weight makes the Bip 6 particularly suitable for people who wear their smartwatch throughout the day and during workouts. It is available in several colours, including Black, Charcoal, Stone and Red, with colour availability varying by market. 5 ATM Water Resistance The Bip 6 has a 5 ATM water-resistance rating, meaning it is designed to withstand pressure equivalent to 50 metres of static water depth. Amazfit states that it is suitable for splashes, snow, showering and swimming. However, 5 ATM water resistance does not mean the watch is suitable for every type of water activity. Amazfit recommends removing it for hot showers and saunas because high-temperature steam can affect the seals over time. Up to 14 Days of Battery Life The Bip 6 is equipped with a 340mAh battery. Amazfit rates it for up to 14 days of typical use, up to 6 days under heavy use and up to 26 days when Battery Saver Mode is enabled. For outdoor workouts, the built-in GPS can operate continuously for up to 32 hours. Actual battery life will vary according to GPS usage, health monitoring frequency, display brightness, notifications, Bluetooth calls and other settings. Built-in GPS with Five Satellite Systems The Bip 6 has its own built-in GPS, so you do not need to carry your phone to record the route of supported outdoor workouts. It supports five satellite positioning systems to help track movement during running, walking, cycling and other outdoor activities. The watch also supports downloadable maps and route navigation for compatible activities. Amazfit notes that an appropriate offline map must be downloaded and a route file imported for navigation; the watch cannot simply select any point on an offline map as a destination. 140+ Sports Modes The Bip 6 supports more than 140 sports modes, covering activities such as outdoor running, treadmill running, walking, cycling, swimming, hiking, climbing, strength training, HIIT, yoga, Pilates and various other indoor and outdoor exercises. For runners, the watch provides features such as Track Run mode, smart trajectory correction and Virtual Pacer. It can also connect with compatible external training accessories including heart-rate belts, running power meters and cycling sensors. Smart Strength Training The Bip 6 goes beyond simply recording workout duration. Its smart strength-training system can automatically recognise 25 strength-training movements and track repetitions, sets and rest periods. Training templates can also be created through the Zepp App, while interval workouts can be configured directly on the watch. This makes the Bip 6 useful for gym users who want more detailed workout tracking without purchasing a high-end sports watch. Zepp Coach™ Training Guidance Zepp Coach™ uses your activity and performance information to provide personalised training guidance. It can generate training programmes and help adjust training based on performance and recovery. Running-focused plans include distances such as 3K, 5K, 10K, half-marathon and marathon training, making the Bip 6 more useful to runners who want structured progression rather than simply recording their workouts. 24/7 Health Monitoring The Bip 6 uses a BioTracker PPG biometric sensor with a 5PD + 2LED configuration. It supports continuous monitoring of heart rate, blood-oxygen saturation and stress levels. The watch can also provide alerts for unusually high or low heart rate, low blood oxygen and elevated stress. A one-tap measurement can combine multiple health measurements to provide a quick overview of your current readings. These features are designed for general wellness and fitness tracking and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical equipment or medical advice. Sleep Tracking and Recovery The Bip 6 monitors sleep duration, sleep stages, REM sleep, sleep heart-rate variability, daytime naps, sleep schedules and sleep breathing quality. Its RestoreIQ™ sleep algorithm is designed to provide more detailed sleep and recovery information. The watch also provides a Readiness Score, helping users understand whether their recent activity and recovery suggest that they are ready for another workout or should prioritise rest. Bluetooth Calling The Bip 6 includes a microphone and speaker, allowing you to make and receive Bluetooth calls when connected to a compatible smartphone. It can also display incoming call, SMS and app notifications. Android users can additionally use supported quick-reply functionality for responding to messages directly from the watch. Zepp Flow™ AI Assistant The Bip 6 supports Zepp Flow™, Amazfit’s AI-powered voice interaction feature, in supported countries and regions. It allows supported smartwatch functions to be accessed using natural voice commands. The watch also includes everyday functions such as alarms, weather information, timers, stopwatch, sedentary reminders, music controls, phone finding and notifications. Android and iPhone Compatibility The Bip 6 works with both Android and iPhone. Amazfit officially lists compatibility with Android 7.0 or later and iOS 14.0 or later, using the Zepp App to manage the watch, synchronise health and fitness data and configure settings.
