Hisense 90L5HG 90 Inch Laser TV Price in Kenya & Full Review The Hisense 90L5HG 90 Inch Laser TV price in Kenya is KSh 260,000 Original price was: KSh 260,000.KSh 255,000Current price is: KSh 255,000.. It is a 4K ultra-short-throw laser projection system designed to deliver a large home cinema experience. Unlike a conventional television with an integrated display panel, the 90L5HG uses a laser projector and a dedicated 90-inch Ambient Light Rejecting (ALR) screen. It combines 4K Ultra HD resolution, laser projection technology, HDR support, smart TV functionality and Dolby Atmos audio. The included ALR screen is designed to improve image visibility by reflecting the projector’s light towards the viewer while reducing the effect of ambient light. 90-Inch 4K Ultra HD Display The Hisense 90L5HG produces a 90-inch image with a 4K Ultra HD resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels. This resolution provides four times as many pixels as Full HD, allowing compatible movies, sports broadcasts and streaming content to appear more detailed. The large screen is suitable for home cinemas, living rooms, sports viewing and entertainment spaces. Picture quality depends on the source resolution, projection surface, viewing distance and room lighting. Ultra-Short-Throw Projection The 90L5HG uses an ultra-short-throw design, allowing the projector to be positioned close to the projection screen. The official 90L5G specification sheet lists a throw ratio of approximately 0.22:1. This design is useful in rooms where there is insufficient space for a conventional projector positioned several metres away from the screen. It also reduces the likelihood of viewers casting shadows across the projected image. Dedicated 90-Inch ALR Screen The system is designed to work with a dedicated 90-inch Ambient Light Rejecting screen. An ALR screen is engineered to reflect light from the projector towards the viewing position while reducing the effect of certain ambient light sources. This can improve perceived brightness and contrast compared with projecting onto an ordinary wall. However, ALR performance depends on the screen design, room lighting, viewing angle and installation accuracy. It does not eliminate the effects of strong direct sunlight. X-Fusion Laser Light Source The Hisense 90L5HG uses a laser light engine rather than a conventional projector lamp. Laser projection provides rapid startup, consistent light-source performance and a long rated operating life. The X-Fusion laser light source is listed with a lifespan of approximately 25,000 hours or more. Actual lifespan and brightness retention can vary depending on operating conditions and usage. HDR and Dolby Vision The 90L5HG supports HDR technologies, with regional listings identifying HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision compatibility. High Dynamic Range can improve the presentation of bright highlights, shadows and colour detail in compatible content. HDR performance depends on the projector’s brightness, contrast capabilities, screen characteristics, picture settings and the quality of the source material. Support for specific HDR formats may vary by region. Dolby Atmos Audio The Hisense 90L5HG supports Dolby Atmos, a sound technology designed to create a more immersive audio experience. Compatible content can provide a wider soundstage and the perception of sound coming from different directions. The projector’s built-in audio is convenient for everyday viewing. Users seeking stronger bass, greater volume or a more dedicated cinema experience can connect an external soundbar or home theatre system. Gaming Mode The 90L5HG includes a dedicated Game Mode according to regional product listings. Game Mode is designed to optimise image processing and reduce unnecessary processing that can increase input latency. The projector is suitable for casual gaming and large-screen console entertainment. It is not a high-refresh-rate gaming display, so users who prioritise competitive gaming should confirm the exact input-lag specification and supported refresh rates of the regional model. Connectivity The projector supports common connection options such as HDMI, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, depending on the regional version. HDMI allows connection to devices such as gaming consoles, Blu-ray players, streaming devices and computers. Bluetooth can be used with compatible wireless accessories, while Ethernet provides a wired network connection where supported. Port layouts and HDMI features should be confirmed against the exact model supplied.
